Mountain Exercise

This mountain worksheet helps you visualise goals that are a bit further ahead in the future, just like the peak of a mountain. Start today by visualising your goal at the top of the mountain, what steps do you need to take to reach the top and achieve your goal? You can track your progress by marking where you are on the mountainside and completing the steps form 1-5 to help you break your goal down into smaller chunks. You can do this!!

This worksheet helps you to list some of your most common negative thoughts that you have noticed pop up for you and to flip and reframe them into a positive thought. There are some examples at the bottom of the worksheet in case you get stuck and you could also ask someone you trust to help you reframe the thought if you are not sure.
