Now that lockdown restrictions are lifting and people are getting back to normal, having a schedule is important as you are able to keep on top of everything. This will make you feel better Tas you aren’t becoming overwhelmed with doing multiple activities.
As people are going back to school, college and Uni, that may seem daunting but having an already assisting structure can help you create a schedule. You can take your lessons that you have and work from there.
With a schedule, it is important to prioritise what is at the top of your to do list. However, still having time for yourself, friends and family is important too. This allows you to make the most of your time and feel like you have accomplished your goals with a good work-life balance.
Having a schedule increases our self-confidence and allows our time to flow more which means that we will persevere with the tasks that we have set ourselves.
This is what I find most useful when I schedule:
I find it easier to schedule by the hour on a computer as I can change my schedule easier, if necessary. This allows me to see what works best for me without worrying about having to re-write by my schedule by hand.
However, there are many different ways you can schedule such as calendars, notes on your phone and there are apps as well. It is just finding what suits you best!
